Special Note About Browsers
For better viewing and online performance, you should use Internet
Explorer 5.0 (or higher) or Netscape 4.06 (or higher). If you are running
older versions of these Browsers, you may experience problems when opening
files larger than 4.0 MB.
About Document Files
To view a document, click the link. To download a
document, right click the link and select "Save Target As" then
save the file to your PC.
The online, electronic versions of forms and other documents at this
site are in Adobe Portable Definition File (PDF) format or Word (.doc)
format. To open the pdf files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader (4.0 or
later) nstalled on your PC. You can get Acrobat Reader FREE from
the Adobe
web site. To open the Word files, you must have Microsoft Word (6.0 or
later) or other word processing program that can open and print .doc
files.
Viewing and Printing Documents Online
To view a document online, click the appropriate link. To print the
open document, use the Print option in your browser.
Downloading a Document
To download (transfer a copy of) a document to your PC, do the
following:

Click the link with your right mouse
button.

Select "Save Target As..." from the sub-menu.

In the Save dialogue window, indicate the filename and location on
your local PC where you want to save the file. Click OK.
